How can I sign up for a paid plan? First you will need to create a free account; try the system and see if you like it then you can upgrade your account.
We don't want you to pay for a product that you haven't even seen.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes, you can cancel the service at any time. It is very easy. No emails to send for that; just one click of a button.
How do I cancel my subscription or close my account? It is very simple. click the "My Account" icon on the maps page and from the control panel click the "Close Account" link.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB credit cards.
We also accept PayPal payments.
Can I get a refund? We don't offer refunds so make sure pinmaps.net fits your needs. You can cancel the service at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial payments.
Can I change my subscription plan? Yes, click the "My Account" icon on the maps page and from the control panel click the "Change Subscription" link.
If I cancel my account will my maps and pins be deleted? No, all your maps and pins will be safe for up to a year, but you will only see 1 map and 30 pins that comes with the free plan. Important: Free accounts that has been inactive for one year will be automatically removed from our system. Make sure that you log in once in a while to avoid losing your data.
